Fort Lauderdale - November 14, 2016 Industrial Requirement:  - Approximately 7,000 to 10,000 SF industrial space for lease - International wholesale distributor and manufacturer of outdoor planters - Two (2) Dock level loading doors that can support 10' Height shipping containers and accommodate a 53' truck - Will consider Miami Dade or Broward Counties  - Proximity to shipping port and public transportation - Units that have racking ready (this is not required but is preferred) - Budget: Approx $7,000/month  - Minimal office space (approx. 500-1,000 SF) - Clear ceiling height of 22'+ ceilings  - A/C or fans/ventilation required. The office space must have A/C. - Approx. 10 employees  - Occupancy January 1, 2017 - Areas of consideration: Miami: Medley, Doral and surrounding areas; Broward - south of Deerfield Beach
