Rise Realty's new requirement:Tenant seeking to Lease Space for Daycare Facility or Baby Gym:

• Occupancy: June or July 2014

• Location: Coral Gables, Brickell, Aventura, Doral, Northbay Village, or Pinecrest

• Term:  5 year lease term

• Need outside space for the playground. (Outdoor play space must be available at the location with a minimum four foot fence and must be at least 45 square feet per child for 1/2 half the maximum capacity of the facility, excluding children under 1 year of age in the calculation.)  Shade must be available.

• Must have sufficient open space to accommodate strict staff/child ratios. The number of children for which you can provide care (capacity) is based on 35 square feet of usable floor space per child per room, excluding restrooms, hallways, offices or storage closets.

• Needs proper zoning for daycare facility
