After 30 years of Tennis in Key Biscayne, Tournament moves to Miami Gardens

With scenery that only South Florida provides, Miami Open's 2018 tournament winners John Isner and Sloane Stephens celebrate their victories Sunday.

Rise Realty's Kevin Krueger negotiated the premier sports tournament operator's new warehouse lease to help consolidate the organizer's 2 previous locations at Crandon Park and Little Haiti.  Today the operations staff moves into its secure, accessible location just minutes from its annual tournament.  This industrial tenant received a fair long term rate anticipating its inaugural 2019 tournament at Miami Gardens' Hard Rock Stadium.  The Dolphins football team plans to invest over $50 million to accommodate tennis players and fans on its grounds, including title matches to be held within the current stadium.  This warehouse landlord is pleased to have a reliable international company lease its space for just simple storage, perhaps a landlord's ideal tenant.
