Consider this project like Top Golf's marketing, except Training Youth & Professional Baseball/Softball Players & Teams in addition to casual practice/play.Submarkets considered from Doral through Cutler Bay. perhaps elsewhere in Florida too.2] 5-15K rsf Expansion from client's Broward County indoor batting cages to both a Dade & PBC locationThis "Smaller" Client [2 units required] also considers Buying Warehouse Property as well. Submarkets considered are North Dade + Palm Beach County 3] our 3rd and latest Baseball brand is spinning off its international basketball & football agency to serve the high-performance Baseball community at large.  Submarkets first considered are Central/West Broward.Examples of expected buildouts:
