  6. Office space with 8+ foot ceilings for 5+ staff

  7. Floor strength to handle 10+ server cabinets 

  8. ability to operate uninterrupted power supplies

  9. ability to install supplementary air conditioning and venting adequate to cool office space containing servers

  10. Security of neighborhood and facility is a consideration

  11. ability to install security within my space is a requirement

  12. within 25-minute Driving commute to Downtown Miami
