Social 5K "restaurant open house" 1255 West Ave, Miami Beach 

 RISE invites Commercial Realtors to an "Open House"

South Beach Brewing Company's Tenant Rep Kevin Krueger created a monthly social 5K, to welcome a new Restaurant or Retail Shop to town.  This month's unique "open house" invites our local brokerage community to network and socialize while touring our clients' outdoor food hall. Perhaps we co-broker a future location for them, particularly an industrial Brewery space here in Florida.Last Tuesday each month is Miami Athletic Association’s FREE social Run, Walk & Roll through scenic South Beach. August 30th we gather at 800 Lincoln Road’s lululemon.Let's explore our beautiful beach town while welcoming to town the South Beach Brewing Company's Beer Garden at 13th & West Eatery.  For those who register via Kevin's co-producer RunAdic's free app 13th & West Eatery is catering snacks at lululemon, then some participants will return to 1255 West Avenue restaurant for a proper meal and pint.David Le Batard, better known as LEBO is the Art Director for South Beach Brewing Company's craft beer labels, taps, forthcoming tap room and this new beer garden at the 13th & West Eatery.  Since Art Basel is upon us, let's welcome this unique restaurant group to town with our social 5K.
